Shipping policy
The short version
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa.
Because every item is made from scratch, our usual lead time is 7 to 14 business days from order to delivery. In quieter periods it's often faster — many orders arrive within a week.
Lead Times
We don't hold finished stock. Each bean bag, dog bed and kiddies item is manufactured to order in our Cape Town workshop, and we grind our own foam rather than buying in ready-made fill. That's what keeps the quality where we want it, and it's also why lead times move around a little depending on how busy we are.
If you need something by a particular date, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Timeframes
- Manufacturing and processing: 7 to 14 business days
- Courier transit once dispatched: 1 to 3 business days
- Our delivery department operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- No dispatches or deliveries take place over weekends or public holidays
During busy periods, orders may take longer than the times above. We'll let you know if that affects your order.
Tracking your order
Once your order is ready and handed to the courier, we'll email you a delivery confirmation and a tracking number.
Before you check out
Please double-check your shipping and billing details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays, and they're difficult to correct once an order is with the courier.
Proof of delivery
To prove that an order was delivered, we need to show that someone at the delivery address signed for it — not that you personally received it. Please make sure someone will be available to accept the delivery.
