Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa.

Every item is made to order in our Cape Town workshop, so allow 7–14 business days for manufacturing, plus 2–3 business days with the courier. In quieter periods it's often faster — many orders arrive within a week.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Deliveries happen Monday to Friday, and someone will need to be at the address to sign for it.

Need it by a specific date? Get in touch before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unopened item. There's no admin or restocking fee — you only cover the courier cost of getting it back to us.

Because every item is custom-made to order, we can't refund or exchange anything once it's been opened. An opened bean bag can't be resold.

Wrong size? We can resize your bean bag for R500 rather than you returning it — faster and cheaper than reordering, and you keep the cover you chose.

Damaged or faulty? Email us with photos and we'll replace it, opened or not.
