Our bean bags are filled exclusively with carefully selected flaked foams, made from variety of memory foams, which are meticulously cut to the perfect size. Prior to filling each bean bag, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that only the finest foam is used, guaranteeing exceptional comfort and durability for our customers. You are not getting foam chips, used mattresses or any items that has been previously used.
We have a great offering at an affordable price. Few companies we compete with, only the biggest names. That is how serious we take our products and production process! Fabrics are premium quality, and we back our covers with a 2-year warranty for all sewing, zips, and panels. We have invested significantly to acquire the resources & tools to do what we love! NB- when you wash you cover, use cold water and stay away from heat.
Easy! If you don’t immerse the foam in water or chemicals, you will have minimum 5 years to enjoy your sack
Yes, we trade completely online from a CPT (Northern Suburbs) based setup. We make use of reputable payment gateways, so you are welcome to validate these by contacting them. We just prefer to trade online, however if you would like to really test our products and don’t mind the clutter within the production environment- whatsapp us at 083 200 2549 and the team will setup an appointment with you.
The Premium Cut is what you would find typically at the biggest bean bag producers, the big names in SA and worldwide. The Bean bag boasts with superb fine elephant corduroy that you can machine wash, an easy to remove cover and due to its “tennis ball design” has more support for your back. The zip is neatly tucked away and runs from left to right. Its premium as its very aesthetically pleasing and breathes live into any room.
The fabrics that we source, are highly renowned corduroy. Before we bring in a range, we test the item extensively to ensure that the backing (that holds the fabric together) can handle,
- Machine washable, so your item can be cleaned and kept fresh.
- It is breathable to allow air to pass therefore creating more comfort.
- It comes from a traceable fabric house that honors a warranty to you through us.
- Last more than 5 years
- Medium is 110cm x 70cm.
- Large is 130cm x 80cm.
- XL is 140cm x 90cm.
Open. Once its opened give it a day or 2 to swell up as we compress it for packaging purposes. See video below.
Directions:
1. Simply remove your cling wrap
2. Unzip & discard woven bag
3. Open plastic bag
4. Fluff to break foam
5. Dress the cover – Align Panels
6. Fluff some more.
Your bean bag will be fully swollen in 2 days.
- In the event that an item is damaged or defects are detected, complaints should be reported within 7 days from the date of purchase to the branch where the item was originally purchased. Where possible, any defects will be repaired. Where necessary, items with a defect that cannot be repaired will be replaced. This decision will be at Taylor Made Designs’s discretion. Please note that not all natural scratches and marks on leather, as well as not all knots and small cracks in wood, can be classified as defective. Our items are manufactured with these imperfections still visible.
- Should a client wish to return an item that was made on order, that has already been delivered AND which does not exhibit any visible defects, a 10% handling fee will apply and transport costs will not be refunded. Returns will only be granted within 7 days of delivery. Returns on custom-made items are not allowed.
- No cash refunds will be given; only in-store credit is provided.
- Sale items cannot be returned or repaired.

We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us to initiate an exchange. Please note, bean bags are huge items, therefore if opened- we can resize your bean bag at R500 (ex courier fees)
